Haven’t weighed in... I am being an ostrich and burying my head in the sand. Been dieting / eating right for 5 days now. Will weigh in tomorrow... and face the music. Also back exercising. Tired of my knees, back, hips all hurting. Time to get healthy. Don’t really want to focus on the weight for now though, I am going to focus on my fave clothes that I so want to fit into... cos that is what matters.
