Eating fatty foods, bacon, eggs etc. Little very dark chocolate, some spam too as I have some to get rid of :-) I pop up to 277, 278 during eating cycles, then back down again so I seem reasonably stable. Got a meeting at the weekend, gastropub kinda thing, so I'm thinking of resuming fasting proper after that. Not quite in ketosis yet according to my monitor.
