whoops there goes another half a pound! only three more to go, then I can start losing weight again :)

Thanks, physically I am feeling very good-and emotionally, well how could you not smile being in the Caribbean with all that beautiful blue water around you! I think the Vacation timing was what I needed-gave me something else to think about while I was adjusting to Dad's absence.

you are getting there! And about your Dad, it gets better, never heals but it dulls. Keep your chin up and keep doing what you are doing!

Vacations in beautiful places are the cure for many an ill. Especially if you're getting in a little bottom time. As long as the memories live on in your heart, you'll have him with you forever.

@Xana thanks :) @kelykazelli- yep bottom time can cure all kinds of ills its so peaceful and miraculous- we dove 2 tanks a day for 6 days!
