Yay!!! Another small goal achieved! I plateaued all of August (lost .5 lbs). Then in the last 2 weeks 5 lbs melted off. Am I dehydrated?! (Maybe, probably ☺️) Either way seeing the scale in the 150’s was awesome! 👏👏👏 haven’t seen that since my young twenties!
