I have switched to a plant based lifestyle. I’m having oatmeal for breakfast, protein shakes as necessary, and feeling a lot better about the way I’m eating. I have no sugar in my diet (to include fruit at the moment) but I’ll start eating fruit eventually. I’m also still weaning off diet soda, but one step at a time!
