Yeah, I've been in constant deficit but instead of losing 2-3 pounds I've gained 7... the only part that partially explains it is the extra carbs and salt that my last week has been having. But, that's a ton of water weight. 9-10 pounds! Insane. We shall see as i expect my coming week finally to have way less of both.

I have no issue with carbs but salt... I’ll easily gain a couple pounds when sodium gets over 3k a day. The days it’s over 5,000 😳. You’ll lose it but it may take a couple days of low sodium.
