Good morning all, well I "dusted myself off", gave myself a good talking to, and read several motivating books, and you know what? I'm still leaning toward all the benefits of "intermittent fasting!" (autophagy, growth hormone, and a rest from processing food 24/7) It just makes sense and I feel better on it, but instead of the one meal a day that I was doing and basically did not eat enough calories. Now I am doing two meals a day after usually a 19-hour fast and still going to eat from the 3 food macro family--and not feel deprived of anything as that sets me up for big time binges! and will try and fit some exercise in too! Thank you for listening! I'm giving myself a Sunday pep talk!!! Have a great weekend
