Decided to measure this morning since the scales are NOT moving in a downward motion at all...not entirely impressed either.
Since April: arms-down 1/4 inch bust-no change waist-down 1/4 inch thigh-down 1 inch calf-no change
Not much for 4 months time-kind of discouraging. I ask myself what other benefits I am getting...the only answer I have is I don't feel as sluggish as I used to...pretty much that's it. I am still not going to readjust anything just yet as I have done that so many times in the past I think I need to stay where I am at for a while to give my body a chance to realize what direction I want it to go in. At least it is Friday :)
