Out of propane again. Makes it hard to make a decent meal. I am getting really discouraged, not feeling like I am getting enough support from friends & family. I have been gaining weight back. This sucks.

If you really want to do something, you will find a way. Otherwise, you will find an excuse. The most important thing is that you find motivation in yourself. Come to this board for support. Weight loss is a solitary journey that we all have to take. No one can do it for us. Find your motivation. It sucks about the propane, but where there's a will there's a way. You CAN do this!!!!
