Went to the gym yesterday and got up to 25 minutes on the elliptical. It isn't easy but I feel like I'm getting better circulation to my brain. I feel more alert. Still, I'm having trouble feeling motivated about work. Today, I'll meet up with my niece at my mom's house for a spring roll lunch and then go to the movies this evening. Gotta skip the popcorn.
