I can't believe I finally am looking at the 50's! The first time in years. I am so happy, but I know it will only stay that way if I keep on counting calories and eat good food. Each meal is a challenge, but I am beginning to realize that not thinking about food at all is the easiest way to go. The thought of not eating for 3 hours used to drive me crazy, but now with a plan, I can look forward to the next meal or snack. I cannot express how happy I am for even considering the idea of being in control of my food intake. It has been such a long hard road the past few months. I thought I would get here the end of January, but I am very happy to be here now. Love to everyone, and keep on trying! me, too, luv, mary
