i went to the gym today for the first time in forever. did 15 minutes of cardio and some abs and arms. gonna keep at it. running in the am and gym in the afternoon. i can do this. tomorrow i will get back on my diet for real. i did ok today...no candy or anything...
one salad, one garden burger and 2 ears of corn...with butter. so that's not too bad.,,, except for the butter.
i have brenda homework to think about and to do and i have work tomorrow. ohhh boy....first day back. should be interesting.
