Haha. This is either from the 4-5 donuts I had this weekend OR standing in the sun trying to dig a hole in super hard, dry soil. Super thirsty this morning and barely had any iron so I’m betting I got dehydrated and now I’m stockpiling water. No wonder I drank two glasses of tea last night and only peed twice before bed. Normally tea goes right through me.

Gain doesn’t bother me at all as I’m eventually going for a muscle gain. As for the donuts... not guilty lol. Well I’m guilty but don’t feel guilty! Some of the best donuts I’ve had in awhile. Next time I won’t give in and get more than a dozen. One dozen would be plenty as that’s 2 each and 2 leftover. I realized donuts don’t fill me up like they used to. Two pieces of lunch meat, one of sliced cheese and a carb balance tortilla with half a serving of chips filled me up more for about the same calories.

Yes! I ate them one at a time until the last two which I had for my bedtime snack. Stopped the growling but I was still hungry. Just enough to get me to sleep. Normally two would’ve filled me up :-/. I’ve been way hungrier lately. Probably the medication change and being jittery lol.

Rosio, I do nothing. New week hehe. I’ll of course go back to burn or burn +200. That’s why I ate the last donut yesterday. No more today and refused to pick up more when the kids asked. 4 donuts eat was plenty for awhile. They have bananas, peaches and other snacks this week.

Eat little, haha that’s me! I feel just guilty enough that I’ll work extra hard at the gym tonight. Not so guilty that I’ll cut back today as it’s a new week for me. The good thing about maintenance is that one can splurge on things like donuts more often. Still have to be mindful of course but maintaining weight allows for more calories and more options with my kind of diet.

Heh - I had donuts (4 mini) yesterday, too! And sat in the hot Hawaii sun all day, chugging water and not peeing. We seem to be on the same schedule for things like this. And yup, scale shot up this morning, too. It's so nice to expect it and not be rattle by it. :)

LZ, perhaps I should just check your weight log every day. Then if it goes down I’ll weigh. If yours goes up then I’ll wait another day lol.

LOL - sorry, the hole in that most logical plan is I only weigh in here once a week. :)

Ugh I need to proofread better. That should say urine not iron. Silly autocorrect doesn’t want me typing urine even now :/.
