I don't know if it was moving my scale to a different room -- or weighing myself after breakfast instead of before -- but seeing 183 upset me.

I am definitely not feeling as energetic right now. Yesterday, all I wanted to do was sleep and eat, so I did.

This morning, I got up late (10:30) and Mr Coco had fixed us a breakfast of eggs, grits, and bacon. He's not feeling well right now because of taking antibiotics and steroids. But I asked him if he wanted to walk with me, and he said he would because lying down wasn't doing him any good. So we walked our 1.5 miles down the street and back. It has a nice hill to get the heart going.

I'll do laundry today, which means at least 10 trips up and down our basement stairs, which are quite steep. That's a good thing. I just have to be careful with my knees.

I have to get under 180. This is ridiculous.

Well if you weigh after eating, all the food and drink will be in your stomach undigested, so you will weigh more. To get the most accurate gauge of weight loss, keep the scale in one place on a hard level surface. You should also weigh same day, same time, same clothes to get an accurate account (after awaking, before eating or drinking anything is usually a good time).
