I'm a mom of one beautiful little girl who requires a more active mom so I decided its time to get fit and healthy. I use to weigh 123 and gained weight on birth control by the time I was 20. My boyfriend at the time pushed me to lose weight in a derogatory way. I was 136 by that time and tried to lose the weight. I went up to 142 and by this time had severe self esteem issues and ate for comfort. I am now in a happy relationship with someone who is extremely fit that loves me for who I am. Our baby girl turned 2 this christmas (28th) and on the 1st it hit me that I'm turning 30 this year an don't want to hit that number at 174lbs. I'm at a happy place in my life but as a housewife and stay at home mom my life isn't as active as it should be. I use to hike and do wildlife photography and it would be nice to start back. Also my knees now hurt. So at 174 my goal is to lose weight and meet 30 at my doc's recommended weight of 125. Wish me luck :)
