Only a few days of watching what I eat and drink. Geez who knew whole bottles of wine and Del Taco combo meals weren’t good for you? Oh yeah ME! It’s hard to not eat and drink my feelings. I’ve still been hitting the gym. So that’s a positive. I’ve been covering my efforts in beyond taco pudge and Pinot Grigio bloat. Ugh it’s hard to treat myself right when my heads not in the game.
