Good for me! I have a loss. Better eating habits this week and probably some stress. Going to have a hip replacement surgery on Monday. And want to be able to walk better. This year, I have gotten much worse and it is time. So August will be a rehab month and getting back on track. Say a prayer for me on Monday.

I had a hip replacement in March. It took away all the pain in my leg. I'm doing much better since my hip replacement. Good luck to you in your surgery!

What way of eating are you using? If you eat less than your maintenance calories each day you should loose weight consistently. Cutting your daily carbs should expedite that process for the short term.

60 pack. I am limiting my white carbs . Some days I am failing as I am craving ice cream and deserts. So I am thinking after the stresses off my surgery I will get back on track. Thanks much for your thoughts and prayers.
