I'm still weighing myself almost every day, and I'm amazed at how fast I can gain weight. I haven't yet committed to eating better this year, but it's on my mind daily. I believe I can get back on board. Today? Tomorrow?

I hear you on the weight gain, Theresa! I am the same way...why does it go on so fast and take forever to come off??? I think I may finally be back on track after falling off hard. We can do this, I know we can. 2013 is going to be our year! HUGS!!!!
