When I started dieting at the beginning of June, I was 87kg. The first 3 weeks I was on 600 calories a day eating lean cuisine frozen meals and having 1 starvation day a week. I lost 8kg but then hit a wall and was hungry all the time, I found carbs was the issue, I ate rice and it was setting me back. Changed diet in 4th week to low carb of 40%or less RDI a day. I eat lean meat and fish 100g lunch and dinner and 400grams of vegetables for lunch and dinner. The Vegetables make me feel full and healthy. Snack is low carb fruit. This is working and I am getting to know my body and what I need to do to loose the weight. I think I am reaching Ketosis. I cook with no fat or oils, water only and add spices.
