Whoo-hoo, Andrea!!! (second time I'm trying to type this - got partway through and lost it!) I'm so glad to hear you pulled that DVD out and hit PLAY! That really is the hardest step. Now over the next three or four days, don't be surprised if you come up with all kinds of "reasons" for not doing it that day. Please, try hard NOT to listen to yourself on that. Really, just put it in and start doing it. Give it as much intensity as you can without injury, don't just sort of fake the movements. Once you get through the first several days, it'll be easier to make it a routine. You may not love it for a long time, but you WILL love how it makes you feel, and how quickly it tones your body. Losing "weight" isn't the healthy part -losing FAT is and retaining or gaining muscle is really, really important. You can't do the latter part without exercise. And the bonus? You will (eventually....bare with it, you WILL feel great) feel better emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally. There is just NO downside to working out at all. With that said, you GO GIRL! Stick with it and I PROMISE you, you will not regret it. This is the best thing you could do for yourself. Seriously. :) I'm proud of you for starting. Now...just continue :)
