Over my max calorie allowance by 62, had to take meds for pain and have to eat with them, but weighing in 2 lbs less. 🤔 can’t figure, but I’ll take it. Walked a mile and a third today. Going on the boat to fish tomorrow no matter how I’m feeling. No pantry cabinet on the boat, so that’s a plus 😂

Good morning! I’ve been missing in action for a while. I need to get back on track with my diet goals it’s not easy dealing with the aftermath of chemo. I know what your going through! Your doing great don’t stress just eat healthy with 15min of exercise. You might have some weight gaining side effects from your medicine. That’s what I have so I try not to be discourage. I commend you for the steps you have taken so far. Hang in there! If you need encouragement or talk I’m here. Have a bless day
