Day 26 on Whole30. Four more days until I can officially add food groups back. I’m going to extend until Fourth of July. I’m considering continuing this “diet” indefinitely because I physically feel so much better. Took a 4 mile walk, stopped to pick up peaches and pineapple. I can’t get enough of them.
