I definitely think you are on the right path! Can't wait to see your chart once you hit the treadmill! I'm the same way with knowing the points for things. I take it a step more. I pretty much eat the same things for at least 2 meals a day (with minor changes). Like you, I don't need to be thinking about what I'm going to eat all the time. And I don't get bored, because it's stuff I like. Keep up the great work!! You are DOING IT!
