Ok, I am back. I have not weighed myself so the weight recorded today is just an estimate. I have not followed my diet and it showed...I still fit in my smaller jeans but it is getting crowded. Time to renew my diet and get back into it full time.
I hope everyone is doing well. I will add more later.
