I've decided to call it. I've changed my goal weight to correspond to the fact that the mirror tells me I'm skinny. No need for undo pressure. Body composition's where it's at now. I may lose a couple more pounds, or gain a couple.

Thank you. It's gratifying, especially in how it feels physically. It's nice to feel lighter, and not to have my belly in the way of bending over, for example. Time to see how I do with maintenance, and with making time to bring exercise back into my life.
