Hey was gone on vacation for the last 10 days. I drove down in Maine to see some friends. We stayed in a few bed and breakfast a few days. That was a real test for the diet, and happy to report: almost no gain! We did a lot of hicking and trailing and walking. It was fun to be the one in front, seeing people out of breath, hardly keeping up with me YEAH!
