I hear ya girl, it IS hard. If I can haul my 300 lb arse outta bed each morning to do it, you sure can too! I guarantee you, it WILL get easier, & it won't even take a long time to GET easier. Hang in there...Congrats on the 3 lbs, your efforts are paying off!!!
