Day 6 on Whole 30. Even though I’m not supposed to be snacking, I bought some whole 30 approved protein bars. Idk if I’ll get used to them, but I’m not into them. I have noticed that not only is my face and body not puffed up and I’m down some lbs, I’m not having constant sinus issues for the first time in years. Has anyone else experienced this on anti inflammation diets??
