I'm back on the keto/paleo journey. I was keto for about 1 year and only losing about 10 lbs. This time around I'm incorporating alot of exercise. Kettlebells, mtn biking, water exercise, etc.
I'm up about 15 lbs from Jan 2018. UGh, and 20 lbs from Nov 2017 and I started at 193 this time around. This is my heaviest weight ever, and I'm not even pregnant. Trying to keep my expectations in check. I know I wont get fast Keto results but just have to be patient.
