Day 3 & 4: forgot to post yesterday. I am definitely eating too many carbs in the form of fruit. I also didn’t realize that I’m not supposed to be snacking. Other than that, I’ve done pretty well. I will look for more protein choices to replace fruit.
I do feel better and seem to be sleeping better. I don’t think the weight loss can be attributed to 4 days of being on a diet.
