I was a bit down cause this week had been my worst week in terms of progress - BUT I realized my doctor put me on antibiotics (these tend to make you gain a bit.) Trying not to be too hard on myself and realized the weight gain / lack of weightloss isn’t my fault.

You are worthy and you are enough, because you ARE. Full stop. Nothing else. Your thoughts, your weight, do not determine your worth. It is hard to be kind to yourself most times, but you need to.
As to the antibiotics, I hope you health improves and that you feel better soonest.
