Even if I'm correct in assuming that the recent uptick on my weight graph was largely due to my replenishing my glycogen stores (along with the attendant water weight), it certainly wasn't innocuous, as I rather doubt I was losing any fat at the same time, and with my low amount of exercise, could hardly have gained any muscle. Let's see if I can keep the slope heading downward for a few more pounds. I think I can at least land in the lower half of the 170s, evaluating as I go.
