I couldn't wait until Saturday to record this. 50 pounds lost! Whooo Hoooo! I'm so excited. It took only 7 months.
Now I plan on trying to tone up, especially my arms and upper legs. I need to get some free weights or something, cuz the gym's weights are really lacking until I'm able to go back to my University gym. I even signed up to take a weight lifting class next quarter to FORCE me to do it. I was watching Oprah the other day and P!nk was on and talking about how she toned A LOT with that P90X system. Maybe I'll look in to it, but I think its outta my price range. I'm sure home calisthenics will do the trick regardless.
