Daily fluctuations notwithstanding, I seem to be leveling off in the high 170s. I'm pretty content at this weight, look pretty slender, and pretty much fit my "normal" clothes, though I suspect if I were exercising more (at all, really) I'd see body composition improvements. Going to stay the course with calories for a while, and see if I can make more regular exercise happen. Barring muscle gain, I shouldn't be any heavier, and could still stand to lose a couple of pounds. With some muscle gain, I think I could be a couple of pounds heavier and still pretty lean. We'll see what happens.
