I am not feeling 100%. I have been feeling bit weak for these couple days. But I went to gym anyway. My boyfriend said I should eat bit more since I increased workout length. Maybe so,,, but I am scared to over eat or lose my control. Hmmmm...

How many calories do you eat a day? Maybe up them a little with some energy foods like mushrooms or eggs or anything else healthy so you don’t have to worry. You are doing so well and are further in your journey than me. You got this.

we are in same boat. Did a huge workout on Tues (2.5 hrs) of emtabata n weightlifting. Today feel lethargic n unmotivated. Could be cuz body is tired n I only ate 800 cal yesterday. Hope you feel better! Listen to ur body!

Jcmama > thank you! I eat about 1300~1400cal. For these 3 week I workout for 90mins, 6days/wk.
