The last 2.5 weeks I’ve been doing low carb, below 50 and closer to 35 net carbs. I also have been doing the Intermittent fasting 16/8 or 18/6. My protein around 20-30%, carbs 10-15%, and fat 60-70% depending on day. I’ve lost about 8 lbs. in that time!!! Keto is definitely helpful for losing weight quickly compared to other diets I’ve tried. I’ve never lost that much weight that fast on a diet.
