Weight was down this morning, to 197! But blood sugar was up a few points. It wasn't a good night....neighbors having a party in their yard (about 20 feet from my window) until after 1AM. I think the stress of trying to get to sleep could well have played into my blood sugar being a little higher than the last few days, I'm certain it played into the headache I have this morning. I wish I lived far from civilization sometimes. lol I would love to have more room for gardening, maybe even have my own chickens. It's funny, I grew up in the country and couldn't wait to get away...the older I get, the more I long for that way of life again.
Having Chinese buffet for lunch today, and while I'm cautious about what and how much I eat there, the sodium alone is enough to cause the scale to go wonky on me for a couple of days after, so I'm recording my official weigh in today. I'm about 12 lbs away from where I was before I slipped off course in January. I think this is the lowest my weight has been since March though, so it's going very well.
