Went on vacation for 15 days. Ate 3 meals a day, staying within my 1000 cal limit, save for one night we ate out. Walked every day, but not far as I was having atrial fibrillation quite frequently. When that happens, I get winded easily and then my legs feel weak. Today, for the first time, I was able to take a walk including a short hill, with no problem. Hopefully, I can continue doing this and will lose some weight.
