It gets easier, trust in that. Make it as creative and fun as possible. Isn't this F.S. cool. I used to spend a great amount of my time figuring what I am going to eat next, and now I spend time thinking about what I am going to type:) It is really quite therapeutic and helpful to sort the real hunger from the emotional. Yep, this is for life!
