Here I go again on this journey and search for a healthier me. Each time I do this I weigh in at a higher weight then the time before. I have to stay strong this time. My daughter needs me around for a long time. Wouldnt it be nice to see her get married. I want to watch my 1 year grandson graduate from high school. So many things to do in life and all i do is sit around and eat everything in sight. Yesterday I walked down 11 floors of stairs at work. I was very proud of that. I have to build up to the day that I walk up those same stairs. Can't wait. My goal for this week is to be the bigger loser for my tops group when we weigh in on monday July 26th.
