I am back, i have not been here since Jan. I bought a new scale, my old one was 15yrs old and not close to MD's. this one is 5 lbs heavier than the one i used before,but it does not matter, as I have put on more than 5 lbs. I have actually lost 5lbs before I came back...I clearly have to pay attention--kind-of-amazing how much I gained--stopped just short of 200! sure can't eat carbs & go by hunger....most important part I am back!
