I have started a new journey because I have really messed up from my recent weight loss program... I have truly seen what happens when you go back to your old habits...meaning eating regime before weight loss.. YOU PUT IT ALL BACK ON..I have now learned that I cannot eat high carbs and must eat No junk food..My journey on Atkins (low Carb) proved it was a success as I had lost a considerable amount of weight 44 lbs to be exact...never did reach my goal weight because seeing the weight loss I just figured I could go back to eating my original foods...NOT.. it was so discouraging for me that I really got angry with myself and it has taken me 5 years to to say enough is enough.
I will do this and succeed this time as sometimes this is what has to happen for you to realize your Grand mistakes. I also have my husband doing it with me and he has lost 15 lbs already which is wonderful as I cook only low carb now and before it was so hard shopping for 2 lifestyles...He saw how fast my weight was dropping and knew how I had lost the weight before and said cook what your doing for yourself and I will eat it and now he is so eager to lose the weight too.... which he did need to do...LOL So here I go again ready to succeed what I had accomplished in the first place... GOOD LUCK TO ME ..I hope you are all doing well on your JOURNEY...

Welcome here! It's great that you are doing it together! So many of us here have lost it before and are now losing it again! Sigh! But what can you do, but face it and do your best to do it better this time?!
