I haven't experienced keto flu. I am drinking a lot of nettle tea which is full of electrolytes. I am some dairy, which I wonder if its prohibiting me from going into full ketosis??

Dairy should be fine in lower quantities. I think losing weight will be the litmus test there. You should log your tea so that you can get an accurate number. It has some carbs? It all sounds great!!!
