Huzzah for an end to constipation!

Now for your gift to yourself, call up your local nail salon or spa and make yourself an appointment for a pedicure. YOU WILL LOVE IT!! That is all that you have to do. They will do the rest. Actually, often times all you need to do is walk in. The place I frequent has the wonderful massage chairs with the foot bath attached, so you get a bit of a massage while your feet are soaking!

I was so relieved to see that scale! And thanks for the pedicure advice. Someday soon I do that. :)

Considering that when I was on full meds for the diabetes I had the opposite problem, I'm dealing with the occassionaly bouts of constipation MUCH better than it's counter part!!! Congratulations, you are now well into Onderland!!!!

Heh. Yeah, I have never been constipated in my life before. Quite the opposite. I means it is a new thing to cope with, I have no strategies!
