So I knew Id lose a little more. Im not terribly surprised since my body seems to give it up by eating less. I dont have a whole lot more to add, but TOM is giving me some wicked cramps right now. Life is good!

Great job on the loss. I haven't weighed myself in a while b/c I've been gaining a lot of muscle and I know it'll reflect on the scale.
