It's day 10 YAY. I have been thinking about continuing on but have not made a decision yet. At this point it's become pretty easy even though smells get to me sometimes. I am so happy with my results and can't wait to see my final weight loss numbers tomorrow. Today is moving day so I am keeping this short.

Ready...Set...LOSE!

Congrat's on making the ten days! Man I hope the move goes QUICK....ugh.....just helped my daughter move the end of June....if your have HALF the stuff she had....YEP it's a big calorie burner!!!! Ha ha!!! YEAH for your big results!!! :)

Thank you so much. Actually I had two great friends that helped the move go so smooth. I couldn't thank them enough. As far as calories go. The stairs most def helped with that!
