Guess my comment didn’t show up. Feel I need to put a disclaimer in here. I’m on week 4 of chemo/radiation and it’s kicking my butt. This past weekend was a little rough with nausea and lack of appetite. Today much better as I had my chemo and along with that I get iv anti-nausea meds which really helped. Actually got some food down today so all is good!

Just ball parking what I ate today. Got the entire ensure down this morning. After chemo and appointment with dental oncologist my sister took me to spires for a milkshake, as I thought that might be easy to eat. It was. Drank the whole thing. Couldn’t finish soup or the sandwich. Got to find healthier things to eat that are soft to swallow and don’t taste too bad. Chemo making things taste “off” and radiation making it hard to swallow so need healthy and easy to swallow. Guess that’s mostly a liquid diet for now.

Buy some Torani syrup, it is for tricking out coffee (they do make a sugar free). add them to your ensure and turn it into popsicles.
