Eh, I went up a little. Didn't hit the gym as I had a ton of work to catch up on this morning but I will go back as soon as time permits. I picked up my new leased car yesterday and its great. I got a 2013 Ford Fusion with the Navigation Package. Its an amazing vehicle. The drive is smooth and the tech gadgetry is awesome. I am just blown away by how well American cars are now made. Ten years ago I would never have leased an American car...now, I think the wife and I are Ford people. She has the 2012 Fusion and I have the 2013 Fusion.

Not much else happening here, have to buckle down and get back to my exercise routine but for now happy to be at least maintaining my weight loss. I will start trending down again very soon.
