Ok, actually down a lot from a very stressful weekend. But, I live next to a beach now and am going to become a more relaxed and easy going person because of it, no more stress! I am trying to decorate the inside of my house to be very calming and serene.
Goals today: 1. Drink 64oz of water 2. Allowed one soda, but it has to be caffeine free 3. Run 1 mile 4. Stretch before bed!
I think that;s enough goals for one day.

coffee has like 8 calories though, soda 130-150 and it makes me dependent :)
