My Dr. Convinced me to try vegan For a number of health concerns That I was having. I have been vegan for 4 weeks and honestly I don’t miss the meat at all and my health issues have totally subsided. I miss Keto, I felt the best overall with it. I’m still trying to do low carb, still avoiding breads, pastas, sugars, etc etc. But the carbs are now doubled probably due to the extra vegetable intake, my fat is down and protein also. And I’m watching my waistline expand but no increase on the scale🤨. I’m trying to figure out combining vegan and keto. Anyone else out there with experience in this? I welcome your input. Thanks
